The service I received from Aquagard March 26,27th, 2026 was excellent. The team called to tell me they were on the way. The men came were to do.the Foundation Project greeted me each morning:Foreman F-Daquis, Malik, and Jorge. They showed good customer service and knew what they were doing. They explained to me the process step by step and answered all my questions. Foreman Daquois asked if I had a love for my shrubs if necessary do to assessment of equipment. I was pleased they asked before the removal. Foreman Daquois, Malik, and Jorge, they knew what to do for the job.They allowed me to see some of the aspects of what they were doing and I was amazed. They cleaned up the area after the completion and I was given instructions and information on using water spouts extensions to flow water away from the house from causing damage. And asked if I had any questions. This was an experience I was nervous about but they made me comfortable. They represented Aquagard very well 👏 and I really appreciated the service. I will recommend Aquagard to family, neighbors, and friends.

The AquaGuard team installed their system connecting to a previously installed system which now runs the full perimeter of my basement. The team was extremely knowledgeable, polite and answered all of questions. They completed the job same day and were very neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend AquaGuard to friends and neighbors.

I bought my home a few years ago and was fortunate to have already had AquaGuard solutions implemented in the home by the previous homeowner. I realized this year that I was yet to have an annual inspection and just had them in to do a thorough review. Nick Beuoy was a wonderful representative for the company based on his complete knowledge of the products, customer focus and willingness to listen. He helped educate me on what had been done, what should be considered for future maintenance and worked with me on an extended multi-year annual inspection plan. I feel comfortable with the protection of my foundation and grounds as the big storms roll through. Thanks Nick!

My inspector, Rodney McKenzie, was the absolute definition of professional. The attention to detail was amazing. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He never hesitated at any questions. And geniusly tall! I could keep painting this picture, but it's better to see it for yourself. Military level inspection. Watch out for the One-Two Punch of Sammy & Tristen, who did a stellar job repairing our stubborn, old leaky basement with a new pump and pipes. Also, 'high & dry' takes on a literal meaning when it comes to Aquaguard's service, integrity, know how, and results. Kinda makes you wonder if Noah had Aquaguard prep the Ark? Thanks again, guys!

I hired AquaGuard to stabilize my foundation and waterproof my basement and their crew was awesome! Very respectful and explained the process to my full understanding. Found issues that weren't uncovered until the paneling was removed and we were able to get everything handled and stabilized with my home. The job was major but with the professionalism of Joseph, Nick and Kavon and their work ethics I can rest assured the work was completed with team work and integrity!
