If you have cracks in your concrete, foundation settling, or water coming into your basement, listen up! We highly recommend AquaGuard Foundation Solutions in Marietta! Ask for Jordan! Jordan is seriously one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet! Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident about the repairs. We’ve had AquaGuard come out to assess an issue in our basement waterproofing for water intrusion issues AND with concrete settling in our backyard. They can stabilize and lift the concrete from underneath to help prevent the problem from getting worse. They were also very quick to come out, which I appreciate. If you need foundation repair, concrete leveling, basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, or help with settling issues, definitely give AquaGuard a call. Highly recommend Jordan and his team!

Wow! The team that came out to encapsulate my crawl space was beyond wonderful! They were professional and so very nice! I was most happy that I went with Aquaguard. I had heard great things about them and they definitely exceeded all of my expectations. March 24th 2026 Taylor Smith from Aqua guard team came to the house because of a home inspection that was completed by a buyer of my property and had an issue with the dip in the dining room area. I was concerned because the closing is Monday. Taylor came and assured me He would take care of the issue. He went under the crawl space and adjusted two Jacks which Aqua Guard had installed in 2022. The flooring was raised to the correct level and this was a great relief. Taylor very professional and did a great job. The buyer can take over the warranty because it is for lifetime and is transferable. Again Thanks Taylor and Aqua Guard East Point Ga Team

As a retired contractor I can recognize a good working team and they were a perfect example. Kornbred and Ansley were professional, pleasant and cared about the beginning to the end of the job they completed for us. Took it to the next level while explaining the product installed and a detailed list of everything done. We have needed to waterproof our basement for about a year and had priced out several companies before choosing AquaGuard. The lifetime warranty and the quality of the work made the slightly higher (but still competitive) price worth it. We worked with Joey on our inspection and project plan, who was thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and walking through everything that would be done. Our foreman was Kevin, with his crew, Curtis and Corey, who were professional, arrived on time, and took great care when inside and outside of our house. They protected the belongings we couldn't remove from any concrete dust generated during the demo, and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. We appreciated the communication the day before the job started and the communications throughout. No question was a dumb question to the team, and we felt very confident in the job (but hope we don't have to put it to the test too soon). We are very happy we chose AquaGuard.
