4 years and 9 months after installation, our pump failed. Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. Just as the original installation team, Scott was very professional and efficient in his assessment, offer of options, and service. Excellent product and service.

Audiel/Calvin/Trithan did the installation, and explained to me, as they progressed, what they were doing. I appreciate them all.

He told us what needed to be done but also listened to our concerns about doing major work on a 100+ year old house that will likely be torn down by the next owner. First time using AquaGuard. I called them out for an issue with my crawl space. I had a great experience with Travis McClanahan. I had lots of questions and he was very thorough in his answers. I felt confident in his level of expertise and the quote was easy to understand and seemed very fair. Awesome service and I appreciated having payment options! After almost three years into having my concrete driveway lifted back into place, a section of it on the outside edge had dropped down over 1/2 an inch. True to their warranty a crew (George and Brian) were dispatched to address the issue. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient and knowledgeable, they very quickly assessed the problem and made the correction, restoring the original repair perfectly. I make no bones about it, the product/service AquaGuard sells is not cheap, but it is high quality and so is their staff and you can take the warranty to the bank! Well done AquaGaurd, you did not disappoint!

I recently had a Hunter Perrin visit my home to provide an estimate, and overall it was a positive experience. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation before giving any recommendations. I appreciated that he explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. What stood out most was their transparency—there was no pressure to commit on the spot, and he broke down the costs so I could understand exactly what I’d be paying for. He also pointed out a few things I hadn’t noticed, which helped me better understand the scope of the work.

To start, the initial inspector Sean was very honest and easy to work with on fixing issues on my pool deck. When the day cane to make the repairs, there were numerous problems caused by very difficult concrete that would not respond to the treatment. I was left very disappointed but Sean immediately got back with me and insured me the company would make it right. I was then handed over to a field supervisor named Josh who seemed very concerned about the issues and made me feel much better about the situation. Then, a different technician named Raymond came to my house and began working on the issue. Soon, the supervisor Josh also came and began coming up with various plans to fix the problems. My expectations were getting very low as I began realizing how difficult my concrete issues were. But miraculously, Raymond and josh were able to get the concrete to level out and the final results were exactly as I was promised. This turned out to be a very difficult repair and honestly, I would have understood if they would have thrown in the towel, but they kep working until it was exactly right! I have nothing but respect for this company and the ethics and integrity they displayed when the going got tough! They really cared about their product and unfortunately you don’t find that kind of integrity with companies today. I will gladly be a testimonial for this company and would highly recommend them.

After months of hell attempting to work with a local small business to repair the crawlspace in my nearly 50 year old home, AquaGuard demonstrated why quality and integrity matter. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. AquaGuard has proven why they are clearly the best in the business.

I recently had AquaGuard complete some foundation repairs at my house. The initial encounter with the salesperson, Kevin Arbogast, was so good that i cancelled the other companies that I'd scheduled for a quote. Once the day of the repair arrived, I was kept aware of the arrival time. The communication from Samarie, Trae, and Curtis was excellent. They did a great job and I would recommend AquaGuard to anyone and I will use them again if I need anything.
