We had a great experience with Kornbread, Oscar, and Zeke for our basement waterproofing. Kornbread was very thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done neatly and professionally, and they made sure to clean up everything afterward. Even the next day, when we had a couple of follow-up questions,. Kornbread was responsive and helpful. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

We have needed to waterproof our basement for about a year and had priced out several companies before choosing AquaGuard. The lifetime warranty and the quality of the work made the slightly higher (but still competitive) price worth it. We worked with Joey on our inspection and project plan, who was thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and walking through everything that would be done. Our foreman was Kevin, with his crew, Curtis and Corey, who were professional, arrived on time, and took great care when inside and outside of our house. They protected the belongings we couldn't remove from any concrete dust generated during the demo, and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. We appreciated the communication the day before the job started and the communications throughout. No question was a dumb question to the team, and we felt very confident in the job (but hope we don't have to put it to the test too soon). We are very happy we chose AquaGuard.

From the first appointment to do an estimate through the completion of the project AquaGuard arrived at the scheduled time. Raymond and Brian did the actual leveling and were fantastic. They let me know what was going on throughout the entire leveling process. Great company to work with.

We had a big job to be done. Tim M, Davon, and Tim A did a great job on the anchors and piers. Audiel, Adrian, and Philip did a great job waterproofing, and Chris Risley and Colin Jansen did an excellent job on our polyfill. All three teams were professional, detail-oriented/thoughtful, and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left for the day.
