March 24th 2026 Taylor Smith from Aqua guard team came to the house because of a home inspection that was completed by a buyer of my property and had an issue with the dip in the dining room area. I was concerned because the closing is Monday. Taylor came and assured me He would take care of the issue. He went under the crawl space and adjusted two Jacks which Aqua Guard had installed in 2022. The flooring was raised to the correct level and this was a great relief. Taylor very professional and did a great job. The buyer can take over the warranty because it is for lifetime and is transferable. Again Thanks Taylor and Aqua Guard East Point Ga Team

Raymond and Gavin did a wonderful job stabilizing my driveway and garage to prevent future settling and cracking. They explained the process before they began. They filled all voids with polyrenewal, patch all drill holes, and cleaned up the job sight. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully my driveway and garage will still look good in 20 years.

My inspector, Rodney McKenzie, was the absolute definition of professional. The attention to detail was amazing. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He never hesitated at any questions. And geniusly tall! I could keep painting this picture, but it's better to see it for yourself. Military level inspection. Cross your fingers and hope that this gentleman is who they send to your home. Pure excellence.
