My home was built in 2012, and over the years it has been sinking and needed foundation work to stabilize the home and stop the sinking. Also, the Crawlspace needed a lot of work. I contacted AquaGuard. Johnathan (Crew Leader), Jay and Cole installed Helical Piers to stabilize the home. After the Piers installation, Kornbred (Crew Leader) and JW did the Crawlspace Encapsulation. The Crawlspace was transformed from a grotesque dirty area into a clean healthier area. Johnathan, Jay, Cole, Kornbred, and JW were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They knew how to correct/repair my home's issues. They worked hard and never gave up even when things got tough. They communicated with me throughout the process, which made me feel good about what was being done. I highly recommend these Individuals and AquaGuard.

I had a great experience with Adrian Haynes. He came out to assess moisture I noticed coming through my garage foundation, and he quickly identified the real issue – soil had built up against the foundation from my neighbor’s planter, allowing water to collect and seep through. What really impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain everything, even drawing a simple diagram, so I could fully understand what was happening. He even went the extra mile and helped dig away the excess soil to immediately improve the situation. I truly appreciate his integrity and would highly recommend him to anyone needing foundation expertise!

We had Amanda Bradburn come out to our house for a foundation issue and she was the absolute best about it. Not only on time and very professional but straight to the point which I appreciated. We had a very good experience with Aquaguard foundation solutions! Will was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away, also answered any questions that we had about the job and what to expect. We have a terrace level crawlspace, which had some moisture in it and discovered black mold between the wall in the floor. Will was able to immediately identify the solution. Joseph. Dyllen and Corey arrived on time the day of the job, worked very diligently to install the foundation drain system and sump pump. It was pretty much an all day job with a crew of three and in the end explained the whole system to us when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any water intrusion projects!
