They got into contact with the necessary people to make adjustments to our plan after assessing the issues. They even gave us a walk through of the system and how it works after completion. We had a great experience with AquaGuard. Ed came out to evaluate and he made some good suggestions to deal with water regularly coming into the basement. Our install crew was awesome. On time, efficient, professional. I’d name them personally if I remembered their names! I hope I never have to deal with this sort of water and foundation issue again. But if I do I’ll probably call AquaGuard.

We had a very good experience with Aquaguard foundation solutions! Will was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away, also answered any questions that we had about the job and what to expect. We have a terrace level crawlspace, which had some moisture in it and discovered black mold between the wall in the floor. Will was able to immediately identify the solution. Joseph. Dyllen and Corey arrived on time the day of the job, worked very diligently to install the foundation drain system and sump pump. It was pretty much an all day job with a crew of three and in the end explained the whole system to us when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any water intrusion projects!

In a situation that was important to us, they did everything and more to correct the situation. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, they get a solid 10! Also in the beginning with Tyler, he did a great job coordinating the project with the company! All in all, great service from Aqua Guard!
