Aqua Guard Field Inspector Manager Mr. Taylor Swift came out to our home on February 2,2026 for our annual Inspection in which , he did a great job! servicing our pumps , Electrical wiring , plumbing , and complete setup! He also found other structural issues below our Kitchen foundation that needed support and mechanical corrections and pump battery backups just in case of power failures! and a situation where an Aqua Grate would support a back-door step-over pathway. Mr Taylor Swift was calm , cool , and collective!

I hired AquaGuard to stabilize my foundation and waterproof my basement and their crew was awesome! Very respectful and explained the process to my full understanding. Found issues that weren't uncovered until the paneling was removed and we were able to get everything handled and stabilized with my home. The job was major but with the professionalism of Joseph, Nick and Kavon and their work ethics I can rest assured the work was completed with team work and integrity!

We have been a long-time customer of AquaGuard utilizing their services at various homes around Atlanta. Today, Zyan Avant, came to do our annual inspection & also to discuss encapsulation of our crawl spaces. Out of all the folk who have come out to do our annual inspections, Zyan was the most thorough. Rather than trying to sell us more services, he really focused on doing a true annual maintenance (adjusting piers that Aqua Guard had installed years prior,) & only after that was completed, he then moved on to what was necessary for our home. My husband & I truly appreciate the time he took to explain exactly what they had done already & his great attitude was infectious. We will definitely request him next year.
