Craig and Jabari worked on repairing our front steps which were falling away from the house, performed a lift to one side of our drive way which had settled causing a tripping hazard, and performed a lift to our front sidewalk which had also settled. Their work ethic is excellent, they communicated their progress throughout the day and we are very satisfied with the end result. They were also very polite.

Bill notified me and kept me updated with the appointment date throughout the process. The Foreman Tim was highly professional and called 30 minutes prior to arrival, showed up on time and completed the job efficiently with his colleague Damion. We are very pleased with the result!

I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work. Thanks Tanner and Daekin for a job well done. E. Ford

Kornbred and Ansley were professional, pleasant and cared about the beginning to the end of the job they completed for us. Aquaguard — specifically, our inspector Mark Lyons — did a great job diagnosing the cause of our sagging floor. He explained the issue, checked and double-checked the measurements, and gave us a fair price on adding a steel beam with supports to solve the problem. He didn't oversell us on unneeded work; instead, he worked to help us solve the issue we had. The folks at the office filed all the paperwork for the necessary permits and made scheduling installation easy and painless. The installation crew — Jermane, Zeke, and Bryan — were polite, professional, and excellent at their work. They arrived on schedule and Jermane made sure we were all on the same page about the scope and timeline for the work before they began. They finished the job quickly, left everything clean, and were communicative and polite throughout the process. Spending money on this type of repair is never anyone's first choice, but if you have basement work that needs to be done, Aquaguard was wonderful to me and my family and I would recommend you include them on your list of people to get quotes from.
