We had our service visit today for our dehumidifier in the basement. Aric Gorman was our service technician and he went above and beyond a normal service call to check the crawl space for water intrusion. He was also very friendly, polite and explained the checks he did. Thank you Aauaguard and Aric for great customer service.

They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. Justin, our engineer and sales rep took a few hours with me to completely outline and price our job in order to be sure to eliminate the possibility of any future issues. Great team. Aqua Guard came out to my house on March 24 to inspect and adjust the jacks under the crawl space. I am selling my house on Monday and part of the closing process was to level dining and living room floor. Taylor adjusted the jacks and assured me that if any thing else needed to be done he said that they would take care of any other details. Very professional and would recommend there services. Thanks again and will recommend the transfer of warranty to the new owners.

As a retired contractor I can recognize a good working team and they were a perfect example. The AquaGuard team installed their system connecting to a previously installed system which now runs the full perimeter of my basement. The team was extremely knowledgeable, polite and answered all of questions. They completed the job same day and were very neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend AquaGuard to friends and neighbors.

Thought AquaGuard’s field inspector WILLIAM HUTCHINS was great, went way beyond typical effort to make sure I understood what was happening under my house, with the foundation. Got under the house and located all issues, everything that was wrong, and provided photos that helped me make sense of what was required to fix everything. Was polite and flexible to my budget and made several options available to get me on the way to a safer, more stabilized, healthy house. Recommend him. Cool guy.
