Jordan DeWard, our project coordinator with AquaGuard was excellent. AquaGuard has been consistently excellent for us for many years across a range of products. We don’t give compliments lightly.

We've been experiencing flooding in our basement and we urgently need a solution. Darius came to our home and was fantastic! He arrived on time and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the situation. We've noticed the flooding occurring every time there's heavy rain since September 2024. Darius immediately put me at ease by sharing his credentials and conducting a thorough presentation on the company. He inspected our basement in detail and provided clear recommendations to address the issue. My husband was unable to attend due to work commitments, but Darius made sure to explain everything so thoroughly that I fully understood the next steps we need to take to fix our basement. Let's face it nobody ever 'wants' to spend money on costly foundation & driveway repairs, but when you do, you want it to be done right. We had our cracks and settling in our 10-year old driveway. The install team of Raymond and Brian (ATL crew) not only ensured that everything was done according to the contract, but actually went the additional mile to do a bit more work that I thought was going to be done (at no additional cost) to ensure that I "fully satisfied" with the results. That level of commitment, obviously backed by the central office leadership, is what makes good companies stand out to be great. Thanks to the team for your quality of service. A job well done.

Thought it was going to be a routine checkup on the work that was done in the basement with the previous owners of the house. Ended up needing my sump pump replaced and a new dehumidifier in the crawl space. I never knew they weren’t working (this is our first home) and was wondering why it always felt like it was about to rain in the basement. Needless to say Taylor Smith did a phenomenal job walking me through everything and made the process really smooth. He was super genuine and would say stuff like “this is what I would do in my house if it was me” which I very much appreciated. He was on time, communicative, and polite. 5 star service and you will be very pleased to have Mr. Smith as your tech.

Kurt & Joseph did an excellent job on the installation of the drainage system, pump, dehumidifier and encapsulation. Even before signing all the close out paperwork, I was able to tell the difference in the crawlspace area in how it was now sealed better than before. Both gentlemen were very courteous, professional, and transparent during the entire process, and I would not hesitate to hire these two individuals for any other work I'd have done at my house.

We have needed to waterproof our basement for about a year and had priced out several companies before choosing AquaGuard. The lifetime warranty and the quality of the work made the slightly higher (but still competitive) price worth it. We worked with Joey on our inspection and project plan, who was thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and walking through everything that would be done. Our foreman was Kevin, with his crew, Curtis and Corey, who were professional, arrived on time, and took great care when inside and outside of our house. They protected the belongings we couldn't remove from any concrete dust generated during the demo, and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. We appreciated the communication the day before the job started and the communications throughout. No question was a dumb question to the team, and we felt very confident in the job (but hope we don't have to put it to the test too soon). We are very happy we chose AquaGuard.
