My home was built in 2012, and over the years it has been sinking and needed foundation work to stabilize the home and stop the sinking. Also, the Crawlspace needed a lot of work. I contacted AquaGuard. Johnathan (Crew Leader), Jay and Cole installed Helical Piers to stabilize the home. After the Piers installation, Kornbred (Crew Leader) and JW did the Crawlspace Encapsulation. The Crawlspace was transformed from a grotesque dirty area into a clean healthier area. Johnathan, Jay, Cole, Kornbred, and JW were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They knew how to correct/repair my home's issues. They worked hard and never gave up even when things got tough. They communicated with me throughout the process, which made me feel good about what was being done. I highly recommend these Individuals and AquaGuard.

Blake Whitener came on a Saturday to evaluate the situation in my basement to provide an estimate for services to contain the problem. He was a pleasure to work with, professional and caring. I appreciate the thorough explanations that were supplied to assist me in making an informed decision. The scheduling to complete the work was expedited as soon as possible working around the extreme weather we just encountered. I used AquaGuard for my home concrete project. I had the best Technicians ever, Jeremy Wesley and Lynch Dunn. As soon as they arrived at my home, they introduced themselves and explained to me what was about to take place in the leveling of my project. Throughout the project, they both kept me informed, and asked if I had any questions. When I asked questions, it was explained to me in layman's terms so I could comprehend exactly what was being done. Jeremy and Lynch definitely earned 5 stars and apparently work as an awesome team.

On 6/8/26 NICK came out for our annual maintenance on our basement system. After finishing I mentioned our crawl space needed so attention. He went in and came up with a plan to encapsulate it. On 6/10/26, the AquaGuard crew JD and Cole arrived and did a great job with the encapsulation which included a dehumidifier and sump pump to keep the humidity around 50%. They went over and above with extra steps to prevent critters from entering the crawl space which had been an issue.

My annual AquaGuard service was handled by Michael Dever. He inspected the system thoroughly. After 9 years the system needed a replacement dehumidifier which Michael installed in a professional manner. Additionally, he provided outstanding instruction on the operation of the equipment. During his inspection he noticed a destabilization of the support posts and beams which support the first floor. He recommended several solutions to the issue including prices for my consideration. No high pressure upselling, but concern for my home. In summary, Michael is an excellent example of the professionalism and efficiency employed by AquaGuard. I highly recommend him and the company.

We initially went with a “cheaper” service and it was just that, cheap! AquaGuard came in and turned the encapsulation around into a working sealed crawl space. Shawn Haley was the rep who came out and explained our needs & quoted the job; he worked to get us the best price possible, and we were truly grateful for that. Kurt, Joseph, & Matt did the actual encapsulation and were here on time, very respectful, and explained the process, completing the job. The whole process with AquaGuard was great & we’ve already recommended them to others! We would say, go to the experts first and let them do the job!

Brian and Daniel came to lift concrete at the house. They both were very customer oriented and professional. In a situation that was important to us, they did everything and more to correct the situation. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, they get a solid 10! Also in the beginning with Tyler, he did a great job coordinating the project with the company! All in all, great service from Aqua Guard!
