After his inspection, he walked me through the areas that were damaged and explained thoroughly what was going on. He answered all the questions that I had as well. The installers were professional on every way and clearly explained what had been done and how we were too monitor going forward they cleaned up completely after the job was completed. I would recommend them without any reservations.

The experience with AquaGuard Foundation Solutions was outstanding from beginning to end! Bill came out and gave us an estimate and was extremely patient during the financing approval process! Bill notified me and kept me updated with the appointment date throughout the process. The Foreman Tim was highly professional and called 30 minutes prior to arrival, showed up on time and completed the job efficiently with his colleague Damion. We are very pleased with the result!

Thanks, Dyllen and Steven, Acquguard, thank you for sending out two very professional representatives. They informed me by text that they were inroute and arrived on time. Explained the job that was to be completed and answered all questions pertaining to the job. When the job was complete I was told to see how well they installed the equipment, cleanup was performed and everything put back just like they found it. They suggested doing encapsulation under the house in the near future, if I was interested. I am highly satisfied. I will call again. Thanks Acquaguard, Jeanette

We have needed to waterproof our basement for about a year and had priced out several companies before choosing AquaGuard. The lifetime warranty and the quality of the work made the slightly higher (but still competitive) price worth it. We worked with Joey on our inspection and project plan, who was thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and walking through everything that would be done. Our foreman was Kevin, with his crew, Curtis and Corey, who were professional, arrived on time, and took great care when inside and outside of our house. They protected the belongings we couldn't remove from any concrete dust generated during the demo, and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. We appreciated the communication the day before the job started and the communications throughout. No question was a dumb question to the team, and we felt very confident in the job (but hope we don't have to put it to the test too soon). We are very happy we chose AquaGuard.

My husband and I had been fighting with D. R. Horton for over 3 years to fix the foundation in our new home they sold us 4 years ago. AquaGuard was recommended my our structural engineer as a viable solution to our problem. Adrian Haynes, Field Representative, came to our house and professional analyzed our foundation issues and gave us a solution to stabilized it against future drift. Based upon his detailed analysis their engineers drafted a blueprint, set a date for repairs and acquired the appropriate approvals from the proper government agencies. The repair work was expertly completed by Audiel Soria (Crew chief) and his experienced team in two half days. With the exception of 4 small concrete patches there was little evidence that they had been here at all. Steve and I highly recommend AquaGuard

Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He included me in every step of the inspection process and was very thorough in explaining the process and his results. I was relieved to discover there were no issues with my foundation, but he did discover an issue with my back porch slab that other companies I’d used didn’t find. We came up with an affordable solution for that issue. Thank you Matt!!
