4 years and 9 months after installation, our pump failed. Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. Just as the original installation team, Scott was very professional and efficient in his assessment, offer of options, and service. Excellent product and service.

They walked me through the process and kept me informed throughout then also did a walkthrough at the end to make sure I was satisfied. My inspector, Rodney McKenzie, was the absolute definition of professional. The attention to detail was amazing. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He never hesitated at any questions. And geniusly tall! I could keep painting this picture, but it's better to see it for yourself. Military level inspection. We have needed to waterproof our basement for about a year and had priced out several companies before choosing AquaGuard. The lifetime warranty and the quality of the work made the slightly higher (but still competitive) price worth it. We worked with Joey on our inspection and project plan, who was thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and walking through everything that would be done. Our foreman was Kevin, with his crew, Curtis and Corey, who were professional, arrived on time, and took great care when inside and outside of our house. They protected the belongings we couldn't remove from any concrete dust generated during the demo, and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. We appreciated the communication the day before the job started and the communications throughout. No question was a dumb question to the team, and we felt very confident in the job (but hope we don't have to put it to the test too soon). We are very happy we chose AquaGuard.

Mark C. was so helpful during today’s visit!! He took his time and answered my millions of questions patiently and informatively. He made suggestions on what work might need to be done in the future without ever making me feel oversold. He was at my house for over an hour, could tell I was anxious and wanted to make sure I understood everything, and made sure that when he left, I felt comfortable with next steps on how to best address any of my foundation concerns.

It was our first time hiring a professional for water damage in our basement. We had no idea what caused it. We had a very bad experience with some of our previous contractors so we asked a lot of questions. The inspector Jose explained everything clearly and took time to patiently answered all of them. The crew who did actual work, Calvin, Jamahl, and Clayton, were very professional and polite. Their work was fast and efficient. They informed us at every step so we know what is going on. They did all the waterproofing in just two days. It cost a lot but we’re glad we hired Aquaguard. It’s great to have an assurance that we don’t have to worry about any water damage in the basement in the future under their lifetime warranty!
