We've been experiencing flooding in our basement and we urgently need a solution. Darius came to our home and was fantastic! He arrived on time and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the situation. We've noticed the flooding occurring every time there's heavy rain since September 2024. Darius immediately put me at ease by sharing his credentials and conducting a thorough presentation on the company. He inspected our basement in detail and provided clear recommendations to address the issue. My husband was unable to attend due to work commitments, but Darius made sure to explain everything so thoroughly that I fully understood the next steps we need to take to fix our basement. To start, the initial inspector Sean was very honest and easy to work with on fixing issues on my pool deck. When the day cane to make the repairs, there were numerous problems caused by very difficult concrete that would not respond to the treatment. I was left very disappointed but Sean immediately got back with me and insured me the company would make it right. I was then handed over to a field supervisor named Josh who seemed very concerned about the issues and made me feel much better about the situation. Then, a different technician named Raymond came to my house and began working on the issue. Soon, the supervisor Josh also came and began coming up with various plans to fix the problems. My expectations were getting very low as I began realizing how difficult my concrete issues were. But miraculously, Raymond and josh were able to get the concrete to level out and the final results were exactly as I was promised. This turned out to be a very difficult repair and honestly, I would have understood if they would have thrown in the towel, but they kep working until it was exactly right! I have nothing but respect for this company and the ethics and integrity they displayed when the going got tough! They really cared about their product and unfortunately you don’t find that kind of integrity with companies today. I will gladly be a testimonial for this company and would highly recommend them.

I had some concerns about the foundation of my home and scheduled an appointment with AquaGuard. Mark and Clark were assigned to assess the situation and advise on any potential issues, along with possible solutions and costs. When I arrived at my home, they were already waiting, which showed great punctuality. Both were friendly, took the time to explain their roles and the company’s services, and shared how long they’ve been with AquaGuard. They made sure to understand my concerns thoroughly before beginning their inspection. Mark and Clark were very thorough, checking both the interior and exterior of my home multiple times. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of foundation issues, sharing their past experiences with similar cases and providing helpful tips on what to watch for moving forward. They reassured me that there were no immediate concerns, which was a huge relief. They even gave me their personal contact information in case I had any questions later. Overall, the entire experience was positive, and I felt confident in their expertise. I highly recommend AquaGuard to anyone dealing with foundation or waterproofing issues. Zyan Avant with AquaGuard deserves major recognition. He came out to our house and completed a very thorough inspection of our crawl space. During the inspection, he identified an issue with our sump pump, found a leaking pipe, and showed us photos so we could clearly understand what was happening. What really stood out is that Zyan followed through. He was the third person who had come out to our home, and we had previously raised an issue with a water outlet that AquaGuard had originally installed in the wrong location. We had been told before that it would be addressed, but nothing happened. Zyan listened, took the concern seriously, and actually kept his promise. He also made us aware of a leaking pipe so we could get a plumber out to fix it before the problem continued getting worse. It was clear that someone had previously noticed the leak because there was already a bucket catching the water, but nothing had been communicated to us. Zyan not only pointed it out and showed us what was going on, but he also emptied the bucket to buy us some time until we could get a plumber out. Even more impressive, he personally came back out the following weekend to reconfigure the outlet so the water would no longer drain toward our neighbor’s driveway. He placed it in the location we had originally been told it would go. You just don’t get service very often anymore where someone treats your home like it’s their own, but that is exactly how it felt with Zyan. This experience truly salvaged our confidence as AquaGuard customers. Zyan was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making things right. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.

Let's face it nobody ever 'wants' to spend money on costly foundation & driveway repairs, but when you do, you want it to be done right. We had our cracks and settling in our 10-year old driveway. The install team of Raymond and Brian (ATL crew) not only ensured that everything was done according to the contract, but actually went the additional mile to do a bit more work that I thought was going to be done (at no additional cost) to ensure that I "fully satisfied" with the results. That level of commitment, obviously backed by the central office leadership, is what makes good companies stand out to be great. Thanks to the team for your quality of service. A job well done.
