I recently commissioned AquaGuard to help with a sump pump and water problem in my basement and crawlspace. For the 5 years I've lived her when it would rain heavy the basement would get damp and flood. I should have done this project a long time ago. My crew of Samarie and Chris did a great job finishing the project in 2 days and cleaning up after themselves.

We had Zachary Pate come out to do our initial inspection and quote on our house and he was phenomenal. Extremely helpful. Made sure to be as straightforward as possible about everything. Initially, I was warned by family against aquaguard because they are considered “too pricey.” But I left the initial inspection feeling like the price was extremely fair especially given the warranties they grant on their work. My experience with them so far has been nothing but pleasant.

In a situation that was important to us, they did everything and more to correct the situation. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, they get a solid 10! Chose AquaGuard to fix a sinking driveway. It was great experience from beginning to end. From the first appointment to do an estimate through the completion of the project AquaGuard arrived at the scheduled time. Raymond and Brian did the actual leveling and were fantastic. First off let me just start by saying Whitt was almost, ALMOST too excited to get into our wet, tight…crawlspace. Get your mind out of the gutter. He was more informative and definitely more entertaining than the “talking Tom” videos. Just pay Whitt extra to redo those. Anyway, really excited to see how the work goes (with only 1 stupid review from some weirdo I’m certain it’ll be an enjoyable experience and worth the 5 stars we gave).
