My husband and I had been fighting with D. R. Horton for over 3 years to fix the foundation in our new home they sold us 4 years ago. AquaGuard was recommended my our structural engineer as a viable solution to our problem. Adrian Haynes, Field Representative, came to our house and professional analyzed our foundation issues and gave us a solution to stabilized it against future drift. Based upon his detailed analysis their engineers drafted a blueprint, set a date for repairs and acquired the appropriate approvals from the proper government agencies. The repair work was expertly completed by Audiel Soria (Crew chief) and his experienced team in two half days. With the exception of 4 small concrete patches there was little evidence that they had been here at all. Steve and I highly recommend AquaGuard

First time using AquaGuard. I called them out for an issue with my crawl space. I had a great experience with Travis McClanahan. I had lots of questions and he was very thorough in his answers. I felt confident in his level of expertise and the quote was easy to understand and seemed very fair. Awesome service and I appreciated having payment options! They got into contact with the necessary people to make adjustments to our plan after assessing the issues. They even gave us a walk through of the system and how it works after completion. Thought it was going to be a routine checkup on the work that was done in the basement with the previous owners of the house. Ended up needing my sump pump replaced and a new dehumidifier in the crawl space. I never knew they weren’t working (this is our first home) and was wondering why it always felt like it was about to rain in the basement. Needless to say Taylor Smith did a phenomenal job walking me through everything and made the process really smooth. He was super genuine and would say stuff like “this is what I would do in my house if it was me” which I very much appreciated. He was on time, communicative, and polite. 5 star service and you will be very pleased to have Mr. Smith as your tech.
