My inspector, Rodney McKenzie, was the absolute definition of professional. The attention to detail was amazing. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He never hesitated at any questions. And geniusly tall! I could keep painting this picture, but it's better to see it for yourself. Military level inspection. Cross your fingers and hope that this gentleman is who they send to your home. Pure excellence.

We had DeVon Harrison come out to do our yearly maintenance on our pump we had installed 2 years ago. He was timely, professional, thorough and checked for anything that might be amiss. Everything came back looking great and we are thankful our investment is still working like it should.

We had sinking sections of our pool decking as well as our front porch. Shawn and Justin came and injected that amazing foam and now both are much better! Shawn explained what had been done and even gave me his cell number in case my husband, who was not there at the time, had any questions about what had been done. The area was cleaned up before they left. Each man was respectful of the property and very courteous and polite to me. Great job! We are pleased.

Thanks, Dyllen and Steven, Acquguard, thank you for sending out two very professional representatives. They informed me by text that they were inroute and arrived on time. Explained the job that was to be completed and answered all questions pertaining to the job. When the job was complete I was told to see how well they installed the equipment, cleanup was performed and everything put back just like they found it. They suggested doing encapsulation under the house in the near future, if I was interested. I am highly satisfied. I will call again. Thanks Acquaguard, Jeanette

Mike from Aquagard came out to inspect the system they installed 6 years ago and confirmed everything continued to look good. Super professional and friendly and offered me a variety of ways in which I should think about proactively monitoring this system, including ways to mitigate associated costs by doing some of it on my own. Deeply appreciate all his wisdom and expertise and happy to keep doing business with Aquagard.

March 24th 2026 Taylor Smith from Aqua guard team came to the house because of a home inspection that was completed by a buyer of my property and had an issue with the dip in the dining room area. I was concerned because the closing is Monday. Taylor came and assured me He would take care of the issue. He went under the crawl space and adjusted two Jacks which Aqua Guard had installed in 2022. The flooring was raised to the correct level and this was a great relief. Taylor very professional and did a great job. The buyer can take over the warranty because it is for lifetime and is transferable. Again Thanks Taylor and Aqua Guard East Point Ga Team

Aqua Guard came out to my house on March 24 to inspect and adjust the jacks under the crawl space. I am selling my house on Monday and part of the closing process was to level dining and living room floor. Taylor adjusted the jacks and assured me that if any thing else needed to be done he said that they would take care of any other details. Very professional and would recommend there services. Thanks again and will recommend the transfer of warranty to the new owners.

Sean and Chris were great. Showed up on time and gave me a heads up call when they were on the way. They walked me through the process and kept me informed throughout then also did a walkthrough at the end to make sure I was satisfied. My driveway, sidewalk and entry steps are finally fixed and looking great. Thank you to Sean and Chris for their hard work!

I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work. Thanks Tanner and Daekin for a job well done. E. Ford

I used AquaGuard for my home concrete project. I had the best Technicians ever, Jeremy Wesley and Lynch Dunn. As soon as they arrived at my home, they introduced themselves and explained to me what was about to take place in the leveling of my project. Throughout the project, they both kept me informed, and asked if I had any questions. When I asked questions, it was explained to me in layman's terms so I could comprehend exactly what was being done. Jeremy and Lynch definitely earned 5 stars and apparently work as an awesome team.

Leaky basement in 100yo house. I had put off repairing it for years. Aquaguard was terrific to work with. Hutch did the inspection and explained in terms I could understand what would be done. Audiel/Calvin/Trithan did the installation, and explained to me, as they progressed, what they were doing. I appreciate them all.
