Foundation Settlement

To address the problem of foundations that have settled vertically, Aquaguard uses an engineered foundation piering system.  This process involves securing the foundation with steel piers hydraulically driven to bedrock or equal load bearing strata.

Bowed/Buckling Walls

We also utilize our patented Wall Anchor System to correct bowed, bulging and cracked basement walls. A steel galvanized anchor rod is inserted horizontally through the wall into the outside earth. Then a steel galvanized earth anchor is attached through a vertical hole in the ground and a steel galvanized bearing plate secures the rod to the inside basement wall. The installation usually takes one to two days.
